Is it possible to change an account name?

Yes, message me with what you want your new username to be. Then you will need to use the new name to log in.

My user name was changed without my approval, which left me unable to edit my posts under the original name. Just noting that caveat.

Uh, what? How/when did that happen? I don't see you in the history of name changes. The only case in which I would change someone's name without their permission is if it is offensive/inappropriate, and even then I would message you first so you can pick a new name.

Also, which are the posts that are yours but you are unable to edit?
