The question would be who is able to update the information. Because Natalia Trukhina will end up having 6'0" in height, 300lbs in weight, and 25" arms.
As a fan of female muscle, I do understand the appeal of this idea. I think it's worth looking into, but from a mod perspective, there are 10's of thousands of women on the site.
Who is going to be responsible for providing this data?
Mods? We are a small staff of volunteers with real jobs outside of this site.
Users? Can they be trusted to provide honest and accurate information? As we've seen with the current tags system, the result seems to be somewhat clunky.
Some of these women have stats that are constantly changing, and many of them you may only get height and weight, or nothing at all.

The community with Mods I suppose. Voluntarily without any push of course. Although there are thousands of women, I suppose the majority of them will have stats unknown as they are just random pictures. This feature would probably be possible only for the professional athletes which got such details public around the web. So I suppose there wouldn't be as many of them, therefore the workload wouldn't be as big. And we could maybe track only peak stats, not it's history.
I think the only statistic that would be viable would be height. It is a fixed datum and can be found on the web. Another candidate would be nationality. Weight and measurements is something very variable and easy to falsify.
These data should be completed by the users, but they should specify the source of the information.
But, to be honest, if tags generate so much disinterest in the community, this feature would be of little real use.
+1 on nationality. Some body types seem to be specific to certain countries / regions, so that would make for easier filtering.
Put them in the comments if you're really that interested and have actual source, there's little need for an official section. Also things like weight and measurements are going to vary depending on whether they're on- or off-season and year to year, etc. Stats like that are pretty much only maintainable if the women are doing it themselves.
Hello, it would be cool to see basic info (table with year ranges perhaps?) about the model name such as:
