I look at someone like Minna Pajuhlahti or circa 2012-ish Fabiola Boulanger and find some of the side effects to be quite desirable and sexy, particularly the jawline/jowl area.

It also depends how the person reacts it it, probably to doses and compounds used, but I think it's mostly genetics.
Take Colette Guimond for example, she's obviously juiced to the absolute gills but still remains one of the most feminine women here thanks to her facial features

Same for Hreapca Oana, she has even more feminine facial features and you wouldn't even guess she takes steroids if you saw her with her muscles covered like in a coat (can't post her pics unfortunately she doesn't want to appear here).
While there are women who are smaller but have more masculine features like Monia Gioiosa
I still love Paige personally. She's working crazy hard to build the kind of body she wants. I think that's admirable as hell, and she looks great
Yeah this describes Paige DuMars perfectly. She was a big favorite for a while. Now you rarely hear her name brought up anymore.
On a side note, I'll just that some women reach a point where they cant really pull off the shorter hairstyles anymore. At they point the look way better with longer hair.
Then again, who am I to judge? Everyone can do what they want.
Another things - strangely IMO its not even always the biggest girls experience the most masculinization side effects.
Also, for me the swagger is a big plus😍.
Love how huge she is, love how she looks like she could own you, but hate the gym shorts, shaved head, etc. sadly cons outweigh the pros on her
I'm definitely in the minority but I love the side effects. In my mind, they're a natural complement to the huge muscles and add to the overall attraction.
I love love LOVE the side effects except for body/facial hair. Mega pecs, acne, roid skin, and of course a roid voice though - so hot.
