This clip of Cathy LeFrancois is a favorite of mine, especially the clench around 00:33. It's from an interview she did for bodybuilding.com one day before the 2008 Ms International at the Arnold Sports Festival. I was never able to find it in anything better than 240p, assuming that even existed. It's too small and low-quality to put on the site (and the video encoding is an obscure mess), but take a look!
