Combination of Rachel McLish in Iron Eagle III and Kiana Tom on Bodyshaping
It was a UK Sunday tabloid newspaper called News of The World. One Sunday in mid-70s it had a random picture of a busty blonde woman hitting a nice double bicep shot displaying decent peaks, maybe bikini contest level muscle of today. She was just wearing a bra but I got more entranced by her biceps than her ample cleavage so I knew this was a sea change sort of moment. There was no article or context with the photo - they just printed this random image with headline Madam Muscle. She was actually stood posing in front of a beefy mullet haired guy doing the same pose. Marvellous.
First time finding my interest to muscular girls was 9 years ago when a video called "Huge FBB, Big Biceps, Strong Women" was a hit, I didn't feel anything about them because they all scared me (I was 12 maybe and not because they were big but most of them were not natural imo) until I saw Shawn Tan, the only one I thought then was beautiful... Shawn was the main reason that made me a fan of muscle girls
I think it was Baywatch Season 1 Ep 12, from 1990 where Jill works out for a volleyball tournament. Now by today's standards I would not call her a muscle girl at all, but at the time it was enough to get me going. I think that was the first time I Ever saw any visible muscle on a woman. I know FBB Competitions were already living their heyday in the US in the mid late eighties but I was very isolated from that behind the iron curtain.
Once saw a cover art for a power ranger dvd as a kid, where the female ranger was muscular
My first muscle girl turn on goes back many, many years...long before female bodybuilding. My 2nd grade teacher had peaked biceps, bigger than my dad's and she was very beautiful too. I couldn't believe that such a beautiful woman could have such big muscles. I guess that was the trigger point. Through middle school and high school, I saw several girls with muscular arms. Kids were active back then, always climbing trees, playing sports, etc. Once my hormones kicked in....I would literally go crazy just watching a girl with nice biceps brushing her hair. It's been a lifetime of love and appreciation for a girl with muscles.
Playboy girls Karen McDougal and Teri Harrison in the early 2000s had somewhat defined bicep peaks, and I was intrigued.
For me it was a Filipina porn actress named Jasmine Aloha. I knew then a muscular asian woman was my ideal. I'm 51 now, and as you can see on IG and TikTok lifting is very popular among young women now all over the world. Guess I was born 3 decades too late, because when I was younger I couldn't find any girls who were lifting to date. I always had decent income because I was a software engineer but I wasted tens of thousands of my extra income over the years on strip clubs getting that high of "intelligent touch" by a fit, beautiful woman. I wish I had stopped to think and applied my creativity - I could have created the reality I wanted and had love and marriage at the same time. What I imagine if I could go back in time would be to save up enough money to live in, say, Indonesia for a year, meet someone at the gym there or someone I'm compatible with anyway and then train her. Then I wouldn't have been a lonely gamer all my life with nothing but unrequited fantasies. I actually did have a korean girlfriend in Seattle for 5 years who trained because I asked her to, and she got significant hypertrophy in her quads, biceps, glutes, and our sex was awesome. I didn't marry her though because she wasn't very deep thinking or conversational. Had I known that my relationship with her would be the best experience I'd ever have in my life, I would have married her and just accepted that nobody is perfect. But hindsight is 20/20.

Hey, you can still find what you are looking for, It's not too late!
My first is a little bit weird and I don’t know if this counts or not. I grew up watching TV a lot and when I was about 10 or something I watched this cartoon show called Eek the cat, I think many are familiar with that show if you grew up during the 90’s. On that show they had a "parody" of American Gladiators, It was this girl called Platinum flexing her big biceps and altough it was a cartoon I became so fascinated and I kind of started to look at women in other ways. I just want to point out that I do like "normal" looking women as well but I’m getting side tracked here.
My REAL first however is a little related to the above. At about the same age (10-11 years old) I was out shopping with my parents and I saw this fitnessmagazine, on the front cover of this magazine there was this kind of promotion of the swedish gladiators. Curious I opened the magazine and I saw this muscular girl nicknamed Elektra, I think that was the first time I ever saw muscles on a REAL woman and the rest is history I guess. When I look back she wasn’t that muscular but as I already mentioned, she kind of sparked my love of muscular women.
Nicole Wilkins on the cover of flex magazine, I was hooked from that point on.
