I like that look. In fact, I chatted with Bulldog about starting a thread here and he was so kind to do it, to see who reacts (and how the reactions would be). The diet look is part of bodybuilding, though a rather small one. So for me it's a fetish within a fetish :)

well said, I feel like the contest conditioned look fetish is such a minority.

This is the look of competitors at their worse. Weeks of T3, clenbuterol and diuretics prior to competition result in competitors who are weak, dehydrated, malnourished and have such electrolyte imbalance that they could easily go into full body cramps and have to be carried off the stage.

I, for one, don't "fetishize" such dangerous behavior which is, sadly, a big part of this sport.
