Since she hasn't been shown yet, Maria Flores. Her lats aren't as good as some of the others here, but I still say she has a good v taper.

Or Andrulla Blanchette or Paula Suzuki (whose upper body was too much for my taste). Most posters don't know the history going back to 1980s.
Some people may place Paula and her lat spread as best ever, do not know if that is true but she is definitely one of the best lat spreads.
