Diana the Valkyrie was the first site I recall and it had a decent shat with fans and name bodybuilders. That was the best site in the late 90's and early 2000's. Her Biceps with DTV's help. I'm not sure if they have any ties now, but they did. He's done a great job with HB. He finished Duke University and then went in to it more full time. He's a smart and good guy which helps in any business.
I don't know if any of them are worth it nowadays. So much content has been spaced around or deleted.
Yahoo Groups...I was looking for pictures of Asian women and came across an Asian female muscle group. I took one look at Rebekah Kresila's pecs and I got hooked. After that I was into every female muscle group I could find on that site. I think that was around 2006.

Was just thinking this morning how it’s been decentralized. My start was from the old portal sites back in the day that aggregated the muscle Sites. Then it was just only a few active with new content as others shut down. Now anyone can make content abs it’s not really super necessary to go to a HB or HDP unless you want professional photos done
The first FBB that I can recall who had her own website was Ann-Marie Crooks, and she coded it herself. If I remember rightly, she learned that skill in the Air Force. She was one of the biggest ever, at 5ft10 and about 210lbs in contest shape. And I always thought she looked great. The tag line on her website was "Defining femininity and muscles". And she did just that. She also used to hang out with us in the alt.amazon-women.admirers newsgroup. Great FBB and a great lady. I hope she is doing well these days. :)
This probably only applies to the really old guys like me....but long before women started lifting, before the websites, etc, some television commercials had some great biceps action. Shampoo commercials commonly had the women shampooing their hair, supposedly in a shower. Prell shampoo, Head and Shoulders shampoo had a couple of awesome biceps popping commercials. The best one by far was a blonde shampooing her hair with a product called Everyday Shampoo. She was mostly on daytime during the soap operas. Her biceps were amazing. They popped like crazy, very developed for sure. I wish I had a VCR way back then. She would blow your mind if you saw her...believe me.
I'm sure you've thought of this, but the odds are you could find it on YouTube.
Wow. A website? Probably Diana the Valkyrie would have been one of the firsts. I remember a friend showing me how to use newsgroups back in the day.
What made Diana the Valkyrie so special to me was it made me realize there were many other men who found muscular females sexy. The older guys like myself, lived most of our younger days hiding our lust for femuscle from others. I think most of my fears about letting others know about my attraction to muscular females was my mom's fault. She threw away my collection of circus women and everytime I watched a trapeze lady on TV, she said how ugly and manly they were. She actually made my sister cover up her arms for school, made her feel that her muscles were ugly. All that negativity about muscles on girls had me thinking I was a weirdo. It took me over two years to tell my sister how beautiful her arms were, once she started getting buffed arms. I was afraid that she too would think I was weird. Turned out that my sister loved my compliments and it encouraged her to actually want bigger muscles.
Herbiceps and fremflex BOTH deleted all of their old archive material as well as the herbiceps message board. A shame!
I was concerned about this but it looks like they are slowly uploading everything to herbiceps plus. I’m not sure if they plan on remastering the older stuff or combining some of those early 15 second clips. But the site is free to join and those videos are free right now and for the foreseeable future. The only thing you pay for is the VOD
hello, uff that was so long ago. from top of my head: shreddedbabes.com, FitnessBeauties.com, wpw, amg, unrealmuscle.com, bunch of yahoo groups, femalemuscle.com
Remembering, about in year 97-98, spending all my saving to buy my first 33.6k modem. Spent hours finding some content with muscle women, it was't so easy back then, like today witg GWM, FB, IG, ... .Then waiting for "eternity" to load low res image on screen(examples added). Videos, no way to load, meby few seconds. nonetheless fun times. Sorry for my english not my first language.
Hahah this ages everyone so hard.
Diana the Valkyrie for me unless American Gladiators was a site
Remember waiting with anticipation for videos and material via the USPS too. That was when I first got out of school.
