IMPLANTS tag. That could be difficult to determine in some cases. But I'd like to see, instead of the generic "chest" tag, a "pecs" tag. Much more useful. And if people want there can be a separate "breasts" tag.

One solution that I have seen on some other sites is where users can specify extra tags for an image and if enough users suggest the same tag it then becomes visible. Of course this would be subject to the tags not being rejected by site staff for certain reasons.

Comment Search functions as a custom tagging system. You can leave the words in a comment. Other people unknowingly contribute to this system.

There should be a "posing routine" tag. It is after all a big part of bodybuilding competitions. Also "off-season".
