I've been researching nutrition and diets and it seems the new trend is a high-carb diet with a miniscule amount of fats.I was wondering if there is a high carb diet that is suitable for athletic individuals. The 80 10 10 diet seems to be a little lacking in protein...but then again the argument is that raw plant protein is more easily used in your body and hence counts for more.Does it really make a difference whether you eat lots of carbs or fats?
"Does it really make a difference whether you eat lots of carbs or fats?" Everything that I've ever read/noticed about this is that it gets down to the individual's own metabolism. Everyone is a bit different in this aspect, consequently, it will vary according to how your own body metabolizes the fats and carbs.
It is not necessary that often high carbs is reason of miscellaneous problems. I believe on colon cleaning. Remove the toxic by cleaning colon bag near to stomach then carbs wont be circle stll anymore. http://www.cleansecomplete.com/
