Just how tough are the girls vs a retired cop?

My dad, a retired 200 pound cop, said that he could take most of the girls either arm wrestling or in a fight. I said that
I thought they could beat him. This got him angry. What do you think, especially you women?

Muscle size has absolutely nothing to do with fighting ability.
