Is there a publicly available list of names of women who are automatically blocked?
Would it be OK to create a thread with a list of names/links (no images) of women who are blocked?

We don't want to post the list publicly because the women requested not to appear on the site, so posting the list would somewhat defeat the purpose.

However if you do an image search for a name, it will tell you if that person is on the blacklist in the search results.

But would it defeat the purpose? They don't want pictures on the site, so pictures are not on the site. Is there a rule against mentioning them by name on the forum?

Yes, I can search to find the women who are not on the site, and it will say a request has been put in, but the purpose of a list is that I can find the ones I do not already know about (and they usually have publicly available social media that they are seemingly interested in expanding).

I can understand why you'd want to know if a particular person is on the list if you are planning to upload pics and want to check beforehand, and you can currently do this. What's your use case for wanting to see the whole list of names?

You ever go to a bookstore browsing and find a book you didn't know you wanted? There are undoubtedly names on the list that I don't know. I can't search for them because I don't know them.

Ah. While I can sympathize with that, a decent amount of women on the blacklist are specifically not looking for attention, so this validates my decision to not post the list.

Fair enough, but it seems to me the majority (at least of the names I know) have publicly accessible social media. I understand not allowing pictures, especially pictures they've taken.

A blacklist would be handy. But that's a good question Dashriprock. We could just set up a googledocs spreadsheet and update as we go. I think the privacy argument is moot as long as it's actively addressing and upholding the original point of preventing IP from being uploaded to the site. If anything it's going the extra mile.

Just because it's a manually compiled inferior version of the list than if I were to post it, that doesn't make it OK for the same reasons as before.

Oh. No, it's OK we'll just do it ourselves and share it in the community. Nobody is asking you to do anything.

It's about controlling what is seen of them.

From a moderation perspective, if that list is linked or posted here we will remove it. Doing otherwise gives the impression we endorse it, which we don’t. We have chosen to be respectful of the wishes of the women who have asked not to be on this site and would hope you have the same respect - how would you feel if it were you asking not be on a site you don’t want to be on?

What about models who were blacklisted because of their behavior (usually shopping images) ? In this case, the lack of attention is only to preserve quality on this site so the interested ones can search what exactly is the fuss about on other sites.

Or on this forum.

This now appears to have been corrected.

I saw Anna-Lena Prinz in the "Recent HerBiceps VODs" section and she looked bigger than I remember (although I could misremember) and decided to look her up. Turns out she is blacklisted, which made me wonder. Is it ok to have blacklisted models to show in that section because it's a sponsored section and it's in the ToS of HerBiceps that videos will be advertised here? Or should there be some kind of filter that filters blacklisted models so their videos don't show here (if that's even possible)?

Or maybe it's just as simple that some blacklisted models just don't want any free content on the site?

Models have varying reasons not to be here.

For anything HerBiceps related, then it falls into the contract between HerBiceps and the model. If a model is not happy being promoted here, as part of the HerBiceps promotions, then that is between them.
