Why am I not a member in good standing?

When I try to comment, I get a message saying that I'm not a member in good standing. Why would that be? How can I change that?

You need at least 10 comments and your account needs to be at least 10 days old. This is an anti-spam measure and happens if you are trying to send/post a link.
