No Names

Is it possible to regulate or not allow new uploads that don’t provide a name ?
Very frustrating for fans here. Just a thought. Thanks

Not really, the picture still has value even if there is no name, and often images are tagged very shortly by someone else. There are also some cases where the uploader doesn't know the name, I would imagine.
