New search tag for measuring muscle

I think this would be a useful tag as this category of content is currently hard to find.

Seconded. If this is a concern:

here is a pastebin with almost 200 image ids that would fit the tag: https://pastebin.com/8Cd3UsWb so that at least we don't start from scratch.
I'm sure the community would quickly fill in the missing gaps...
"tape" / "ruler" / "measuring" would do nicely.
