If you were to upload the high quality copy, then no one could come in after and "take over" you upload, because when two images are merged that are the same quality, the older one wins out.
I looked and you do indeed have quite a few uploads that have been merged into newer uploads because the newer one is higher quality.
What's interesting about this is that you seem to consistently upload versions of images that are not the highest quality copy in existence. If you were to upload the high quality copy, then no one could come in after and "take over" you upload, because when two images are merged that are the same quality, the older one wins out.
So basically, where/how do you get your uploads? Whatever it is that you're doing, somehow others are able to find/upload larger versions of the same pics, and that's how you lose your uploads to them.
Occasionally Instagram, but if on FB, they tend to be better quality, and it is harder to download from IG.
But I don't understand what is happening on the quality issue, Marina does not upload anywhere else in better quality.
I can assure you that whenever one of your uploads is overwritten by another upload that was uploaded later, the later one is higher quality. Otherwise yours would be kept.
Here's an example:
Your upload: https://www.girlswithmuscle.com/images/full/g3oomJlptYVlMezjOE3gpfZhIMzcXB5JtmXW7CG3.jpg
tempp's (later upload): " class="bbc_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">
As you can see, tempp's is higher resolution so we kept that.
I suspect chipperpip is right and somehow you're not getting the highest quality from FB or instagram, so I suggest you look into an instagram add-on.
For some reason instagram stores several resolutions of the same image at once. Consider:

has these direct links (I'm getting these by looking at the source code of the page):

I don't know why they do this. The last one is the highest resolution. You're probably somehow accidentally getting one of the others and posting that.
Is this a function of the other person in this case having uploaded over 1,640 pictures and I've uploaded, as of the time, just 50? The other instance again was someone who is a more prolific uploader. As an aside, I don't have a lot of time to do so much uploading and also review new stuff. I'm not complaining, but am curious. Thanks.
