Trying to post an image, but it's already on the site, unnamed

I tried uploading this picture, but I got a message saying it was already there. When I did a search for the model, Priscila Stoco, the image didn't come up. I tried downloading the image, and renaming it, but I guess it your system detects metadata. Then I did a reverse image search, and Google did confirm it was on the site, but the site's been updated since Google got their snapshot, so no luck.

So not only does not naming images cause frustration, it causes issues too.

Whenever it gives you that message about it already being on the site, there's a link right there to the existing picture. You must have missed it.
