Great site, one of the best I've seen. I also think the rules for posting pictures are right on. If I could make one suggestion for the site it would be to add a slideshow mode, or simply a button that automatically shows the next picture from the thumbnail gallery, without having to hit the back button to go back to the thumbnail gallery each time.
One thing though - the new previous and next links ALWAYS link to the previous/next image by ID (aka how long it's been on the site). This means that even if you sort images by, say, rating, and get to an image page that way, the "next" button will still take you to the image with the next greatest ID, and not the next greatest rating. I haven't yet found a good work-around for this problem.
